We have been selling and using the products of MiaCara for over 2 years and are highly satisfied. We take a lot of responsibility when selling anything to our clients and we want to make sure that their satisfaction expect ours.
The quality is not only high but also stylish. What is missed when compared is how often products are sold as premium but are actually just blown up prices, this is not the case here.
For instance, we are using in our office 4 different beds from them, all have been in heavy usage from different dogs of different sizes and activities and that every day.
After 2 years, they haven't changed shape or size and have been washed countless times. Considering that one bed could easily outlive your dog. It's actually a very good investment.
Unfortunately not good service ... I am really disappointed.
The initial contact by phone was really very positive. As a result, I drove there from a long way off and was given up pretty quickly because the item I wanted is supposedly no longer being produced. Unfortunately, I was communicated differently before that. A pity....
Although see the toys look great, but it went more than 10 minutes to play broken .. my dog has not played wild with it - and it is actually a toy ..
Here you finally get something very, very nice for your dog. Absolutely great design with a very appealing feel. My dog loves it. I can only recommend! Many thanks to the entire MiaCara team !!
More sparkle than his! We had ordered the dog bed Nube and had expected us something high quality at the price, but the anticipation was quickly extinguished. Decorative threads looked out nicely visible and the bed already had some stains that were definitely not caused by the transport, as the package showed no defects. At a price of 200 € you already expect that there is a quality control. Definitv was not present here.
