Excessively disappointed from the first contact to the OR. I do not complain about the competence of the doctors, but how I deal with the patient or his parents. (Lack of clarification, lack of communication, no post-operative visits, doctor's consultation only after repeated requests and also not on the ward but across the city in pediatric audiology)

The speech therapist examined quickly and informed me that I could no longer ask my child for language because I also had my shortcomings. The examining doctor looked absolutely tired and bored.

Very nice staff. Absolutely competent doctors and therapists. Questions are clarified in detail. For semi-stationary stays, the patient gets a meal at lunchtime. Was there with my son and I am very satisfied.

Everything ran smoothly from the diagnosis position to the end of the treatment over the full success at the final examination even the treating physicians
