I really like going to the Spz, I think all doctors and therapists are very capable. However, I think calling or asking something by phone is a disaster. It is always uncomfortable for me to have the lady on the phone or to come through the door. It's a shame when you get the feeling that you are annoying. I don't go to the SPZ because I'm bored

We have been in treatment for about 5 years now. Partly with 2 children. I am more than satisfied with the doctors and therapists. Everyone is consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. Likewise the ladies at the reception. However, it can sometimes seem a bit rough. The phone rings continuously, the conversations are understandable, sometimes a bit short. So it can often be a bit difficult to get through. Only patience helps. However, this is currently the case in many areas. In principle, in my opinion, one should not forget that the SPZ is located in a university hospital and that it is always full. We feel that we are in good hands.

My son was in the best of hands there. That the lady at the front desk is unfriendly is secondary ... as long as the doctors do a good job, everything works. The only annoying thing is the parking situation !!!

The lady, if you can call her that, Beast would rather be hit, was so rude, rude and condescending, a picture book miscast! The hospital should fill the position with a competent person as soon as possible! The doctor was also unsympathetic to me and interferes in areas (physio) of which he has very little idea. And wanted to force his opinion on me too. Don't really let me have my say, a lot of times I interrupted what I found to be rude. Probably won't go there again. The only really nice person I felt comfortable with was the occupational therapist.

The lady in the registration makes a very bitter impression, you feel very patronized. Our son was treated here as a premature baby with developmental delay, you have the feeling that the staff strictly follows the textbook but hardly responds to the needs of the child. Furthermore, the local physiotherapist found an Achilles tendon shortening that should be treated with an orthosis. This caused two independent pyhsiotherapists specializing in children to shake their heads. Both said that this shortening was only minimal and the focus of our child's psiotherapy should be on strength development. It should also be added that the social service worker there makes a very friendly and competent impression.
