Between the years I was a substitute at the family doctor with severe pain in my right leg. The doctor said that if things didn't get better, I should go to vascular surgery to rule out thrombosis, etc. Unfortunately, the pain got worse and on Sunday I went to the surgical clinic after a sleepless night. There I was turned away, absolutely unpleasant. What I suppose with knee pain! Look in the emergency room on Sunday. In the second sentence she started yelling at me. I was then told that if she didn't turn me away now, the doctor would do so 3 hours later. After I said that no doctor in this world would turn a patient away without at least a rough examination, the screaming went on behind the glass ... Madness, I've never experienced anything like this. A top team with a lot of effort and passion can go into it, if such people are sitting at the patient registration, the patient is lost. I went to another clinic with nothing done and with persistent pain. There a friendly porter immediately put me on the orthopedics. My symptoms were taken seriously and the necessary examinations carried out. 3 hours later with a discharge letter, medication and a very good feeling I was allowed to go home ... TOP The negative experience from the morning was thus pushed from memory. Unfortunately there is one star here, one star too many ...

Unfortunately I am disappointed. Somewhat chaotic and visibly annoyed staff. Waiting for hours with severe abdominal pain has to be accepted. Several elderly people were literally parked in the corridor and, despite my own situation, I felt terribly sorry for them. Maybe the colleagues there can operate really well ... who knows. A little empathy and sympathy wouldn't hurt either. At least there was a blood count and an ultrasound.

Painfully, I wanted to be treated, but despite not having a single patient, I was not treated because I had no appointment. Very disappointed, rude. Wouldn't even like to give one star.
