Over months as a patient, everything was good and very professional, the nurses and carers just great.

Was there for a broken forearm. Nice hospital. Doctors and nursing staff Top 1 a. The nursing staff goes to great lengths to please everyone. But SORRY, understaffed so that too much is demanded of the staff

Totally understaffed, waiting times that are far too long, ward doctors several hours in the operating room and not on the ward, many nurses and external service providers compensate for the lack of trained nurses - as best they can. All very, very young. Somewhat older, more experienced staff always give me a feeling of security when the apprentices at Aldi or the Sparkasse run the store for a week - OK, please not in the hospital. A trained and very dissatisfied-looking, unfriendly nurse takes the food orders, but when the nurse calls a nice, non-German-speaking nurse who has to go to the nurse first to clarify the simplest questions, my request for a painkiller, there must not be a hurry or will. The assistant doctor's visit (as a private patient!) Was a catastrophe, no medical records included (he certainly didn't look inside beforehand), only a crumpled piece of paper with him, couldn't explain to me which pills I take every day. A single room is not available even as a private patient, although there are currently 10 beds per ward (due to a lack of staff). Insufficient food. If you have the time and choice, look for better alternative clinics. But with everything negative - I am very satisfied with the surgery and anesthesia service, but in my opinion the overall package is not right.

Our thanks go to station B1, incredible what is being done there. Thanks also to the kitchen! Everything was just a blast compared to Hessian hospitals. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, the doctors forget why they became doctors to help other people ... and that it is not just a job, but a calling ... and above all, humanity is part of it ...
