Advice very good and friendly

I was in the Pandora shop in Erlangen on Saturday, August 1st, 2020, because I noticed a Pandora O Pedant necklace. This was equipped with three pendants including pedant and chain, for a total price of 138.00 EUR. In the shop itself, I ask again whether this is the price for the completely assembled chain. The seller confirmed this to me perfectly. Of course I wanted to buy the chain right away. During the purchase process, I was informed by the seller that the chain instead of EUR 138.00 would now cost 268.00 EUR. Apparently the chain was wrongly labeled. I then informed her that this was not my fault, but the fault of the Pandora shop and I take the chain for 138.00 EUR, as it is common knowledge that prices are also incorrectly advertised still remain valid. Here the saleswoman complained that although this is her fault, she shouldn't sell the chain like that. No concession from her was to be expected. If you consider that I leave well over 1,000 EUR a year with Pandora and suddenly 3 mesh bracelets including pendants in one day Buy there and buy at least two or three chains with each visit, you would think that you would be customer-friendly meets the buyer - unfortunately far from it. The lady still insisted on EUR 268.00 (way too overpriced!). When I was there a week ago, I was very disappointed with the seller with the short white / gray hair ... I unfortunately ordered a tape online too small and wanted to exchange it for a larger one, unfortunately this tape no longer existed The seller replied to me directly that I could send it back, but I made it clear to her that I didn't really want it and if there was no other solution, she said no and meant as it comes it back again and she doesn't know how to do it now (the woman has not been working there for 1 week, I've seen her in the shop quite a few times). Then I went back and checked at home on Pandora's inet site that an exchange / exchange is possible in the shop or a voucher, no cash payment! It made me feel very fooled ... I tried again a few days later, since I was a little smarter about the exchange ... and now a praise to the friendly and competent seller with the black hair were twisted into a bun (I think her name was Alexandra). She took back my tape, which was ordered too small online, without hesitation, I could choose something else and she showed me some other nice things. In the end I left this store with 1 charm and 2 rings HAPPY. The other seller can cut off an extremely thick pane in terms of customer friendliness and competence !!
