When I entered I was greeted friendly and the employees were competent and didn"t try to just sell anything. It rather seemed that they genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase.
Very bad experience! The owner of the place is very incompetent and unfriendly. The ring was overpriced and the quality of the gold is very bad. It doesn’t even deserve one star!

I've been buying my jewelry there for 20 years
Today for the second time at Savran I found exactly what I was looking for. Now my first choice when it comes to jewelry! And, like last time, the saleswoman was very friendly.
1. Order was lost
2. Order was the wrong model
3. Ordered very poor quality and again wrong model.
Do not report you have to run after the staff. Wedding rings were ordered on time and the whole theater is now 3 months. Wedding was now necessarily carried out with the 3rd order. Not recommended ... if you should look for another blacksmith!
