Mr. Daniel C. Caspary was my lawyer for my purchased property contract breach dispute for almost a year. I was fully satisfied with his service, professionalism, and his wise advice throughout the dispute. He was always able to respond to my emails, cellphone text, and all form of communication. I only spoke English with him and he is fluent in English. Therefore, I would like to strongly recommend him to everyone, especially to those who are looking for a English speaker and very responsible lawyer, of course cast effective too. He has been an amazing lawyer, patient, supportive and literally took all the stress off our shoulders!! He did a terrific job in settling the case for us. He’s been a wonderful advisor as well in another case that we had consulted him. He’s approachable and explained us the entire situation very well. Explained the law and about our rights very well. Getting an appointment was also easy through out as well he’s pretty good and detailed with email responses! He’s confident, very well informed, speaks very good English and even arranged for an interpretation during the court hearing process. He did all the communications with the insurance and handled the whole matter without us being involved in any of the process. We would highly recommend him for handling legal matters.

Mr. Caspary has represented me well in terms of subject matter, but was unwilling or unable to communicate by mail, which I find strange in 2018. Even more irritating, however, was that my case apparently remained uninterrupted for three weeks in between and came to my request, if my impression was correct, no answer. Mistakes can happen, but you have to admit it.
