The door was open after 1 minute and was completely undamaged. The price stated on the website was also right.

Very bad and questionable trust. Without an invoice you should pay 99 euros for 5 seconds but on site. Wait 1 hour even though 30 minutes is said. The woman who came did not get the job until half an hour later than was said on the phone. Totally dubious. Never again Key One. Recorded all the calls. 15.43h message. Owner promises 30 min. The lady opened the lock at 5pm. It would be nice to stay. Am the witness of today's commitment. The door was opened by Alexandera and the city did not find a cancellation.
