It's crazy how expensive it is. He was nice and did a good job, but in a very complicated way. I just wanted to change the shoe covers of my high heels, pretty easy. In another country they would have lasted much less time, in an easier way, obtaining the same result and paying 14 euros instead of 50. And hey! That country is usually as expensive as Germany, sometimes even more. I should have ask for the price before doing it. I could have bought new shoes with that money. I still can't believe it.

I gave my shoes to make new soles, they made deformation and huge scratches in the front of the shoe and didn’t even suggest money for all the inconvenience! Suggested to send them for reclamation but in that case couldn’t get my shoes back! The guy at the desk was totally ignorant and didn’t want to cooperate. And as a follow up to the comment below - nothing happened after I cintacted Kundenservice. Really nice Relations to the clients
