Very efficient, helped me unlock the door.
Locked myself out of my flat on a Saturday right before closing time. Helpfully came directly over and sorted me out. Very happy. Would lock myself out again.
Perfeckt
The car key was copied in half an hour. Otherwise everything was great. The only thing that wasn't great was that it was difficult to park the car there.
I am neither satisfied with the quality nor with the customer contact.
My leather shoes were commissioned to be glued, the not quite neat work didn't bother me at first due to the low price. Unfortunately, one sole came off after only 6 weeks. Of course, I wanted to give Mr. Eski the opportunity to repair it, but he only wanted to teach me that he had only properly glued one sole and that it was no longer worth repairing these shoes anyway. Funny, he wanted to put on new heels for me last time. I expect more professionalism from a service provider and would have liked some kind of concession. So I find out that the old saying still applies: "If you buy cheap, you pay twice."
In any case, I went to another shoemaker, where the shoes are now hopefully treated properly and I will neither enter this shop again nor recommend it to others.
