5 STAR DEFINITELY! This is our second stay at this hotel! When we are un transit we came here to rest for one night and I can definitely say it is one of the best hotels I have been to! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. There is NO noise from the trains. Bathroom facilities are great. There is an iron, hair dryer.. Everything you expect when going to a hotel. There is nothing bad I can say which explains how great everything is. I will definitely recommend it to others and come back here again! Thank you Holiday Inn Erlangen!

This was a very disappointing experience. Staff behind the desk was rude as I tried my best German (which is not THAT bad). Received a big sigh and annoyed response in return. We got the bare minimum of information, which was to sign the paper laid in front of us. We got a key card, and that was that. The room itself was fine. The dead wasp on the floor was a nice touch. We received no explanation for how the tech stuff worked in the room, such as how we ensure we can have a light on in the bloody bathroom. Next morning, we are excited for a promised and paid for breakfast. We were greeted by the words 'Grab and Go' with nothing more to choose from than an empty orange juice machine, meh coffee and a tiny cup of yoghurt without a spoon. Skip this hotel, it's not worth it.

Great hotel! Super clean, with great beds and a very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

Stay at Holiday Inn chain of hotels in Europe has always been good :) 5 stars But their hotel in Erlangen has a temporary collaboration (due to Covid) with a local bakery for breakfast. The experience there wasn't good but I am positive that Holiday Inn will find an alternative !

Very nice hotel. Only 4 stars because there is no fridge in the room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Mo and others behind the bar. He was very helpful with local information. Breakfast is very good. Great selection on bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt and sweets.
