Delicious food - German home cooking at fair prices. Standard classics schnitzel, currywurst, meat skewers and daily changing lunch dishes. Tip: Thursday is Bone Day - Schäuferla and Haxn alternate ... Eat on the spot or to take away. The owner couple are friendly and always available for a chat - when the hut isn't on fire 😀. A classic in Erlangen for real "boys' meal" for lunch and food like with mom.

Unexpectedly came to the very tasty Schäufala, thank you very much! Very well cooked Franconian dishes, the opposite of other fast food. Keep up the good work, I'll be back!
