Positive: The workers were on site on the agreed day at the agreed time. The paid services such as furniture dismantling, transportation and assembly were done very quickly. No damage to the furniture Negative: Of the 5 calculated workers, only 4 worked. The very strong "own odor" of the employees forced us to the open window. When calculating the offer, we were told that someone had contacted us about the box delivery, but that didn't happen. I was cheekily informed on the phone that I should have reported earlier. After moving, we complained about a very stiff closet door. Somebody should get in touch to schedule an appointment, that didn't happen. Conclusion: The move was carried out as agreed. Unfortunately, there is a great lack of structure and reliability in the office.

Moved from Erlangen to Regensburg with Hummert. Planning, flexibility in case of unforeseen difficulties and last but not least implementation were perfect. Highly professional team of people who have mastered every problem of our move concentrated. Without a break worked through and last even more than fair price required. All in all: kudos, excellent work and a big thank you. At the next move we will come back to you!

To be recommended with a clear conscience - 100% professionalism: I would always resort to an upcoming move to Hummert removals. I would like to justify my good rating as follows: - very friendly and energetic staff. These were well motivated throughout the move. - nothing was damaged. Sensitive goods were professionally packed in upholstery foil and blankets. - the agreements reached in advance were met 100%. - Punctuality can be confirmed. - sufficient number of employees on the move day - Removal goods were visited in advance. Keep it up!!!!!!!!
