The reception is a disaster, the staff there are without empathy and probably can't even read a diagnosis key. If my doctor wasn't on vacation I wouldn't have had this bad experience. The two ladies are terrible and should consider whether they would like to work .. The doctor is okay and had at least more empathy.

I have been going to Doctor Riedel for a few years and have never been disappointed. He always takes time for his patients and is very polite. The waiting times are always very short & the staff does a great job.
