Very well. I got an appointment via the Werkstars portal and was able to drive there relaxed. Everything went smoothly, even rescheduling the booked appointment by phone was no problem at all. Of course you don't want any defects in the vehicle to be found, but at least I was informed about this and that is what defines the service. Since my car also has other specific problems with the gearbox, I went to a different workshop, but from the first impression it is definitely worth a recommendation. I like honest, professional advice. Wheel alignment and track adjustment shouldn't be a problem in the workshop. There are also de-registered cars in the yard, possibly for sale.

Not to be recommended very expensive and takes a long time until the car is ready. Best not a star at all ...
