Very strange that Saitama 2018 is not one of our customers but every company has a negative rating. This is called a fake rating.
So far, I've always been very satisfied.
Today my all-weather tires should be thrown from steel rims onto aluminum rims.
I didn't know if the wheel bolts would fit, but I assumed so. Appointment made, pick up 1.5 hours later. Unfortunately not. All wheels were dismantled and 3 tires on aluminum.
Unfortunately, before I asked, nobody came up with the idea to check the screws. So the stage was blocked, I stamped 4 times through the rain and in the end I had gold-plated wheel bolts. I could have gotten the screws myself for € 20. So I was charged € 100. Sure, a quick service, but somewhere the fault is not with me alone.
That could have gone much better. Too bad.
As always, was friendly and helped immediately

We have been going to this workshop for many years and can absolutely not report negative things. Everything is arranged as agreed and, moreover, done inexpensively.
