At Storage24 you can rent 1 or more adjacent storage rooms according to a modular system. Depending on the location and series, these warehouses are always the same size. However, erecting a lifting platform is IN PRINCIPLE NOT PERMITTED. The storage rooms are around 30 m² and around 4 - 5 meters high. In principle, it should also be mentioned that the storage rooms have no insulation whatsoever. The installation of insulation should also be carefully considered because considerable fines for drilling or screwing are imposed. But you have to be very clear in big cities like Fuerth Nuernberg or Erlangen, good storage space is expensive. Here you have a still acceptable rent in relation to the size and the possible uses. If the room could be insulated under certain conditions, I would probably rent the room until I retire. Clear rental recommendation!
