Sometimes friendly and helpful advice ... Unfortunately, I have already ended up with unfriendly and dismissive employees. One even refused to sell me a ticket because my ID card expired on the FOLLOWING DAY. I should first extend my ID and then get the ticket, i.e. I had to pay for several single trips again. Annoying ..

A very friendly employee gave us quick and reliable information about Erlangen. And provided us with a city map and flyer to get an overview here. It wasn't quite five stars because 1 - the tourist information office is not really well signposted and easy to find and 2 - you share the room with the bus info, so that half of the office was in the dark this weekend and was not occupied, which in a city like Erlangen seems rather small-town and unprofessional.
