Only practice that can handle my two cats. I am happy to wait for that. I never doubt diagnoses and treatments, as it has always helped a lot. Competent doctors, competent team. No more another practice for my furry friends! Even if they are not really looking forward to the visit: D

Have been with our girl in this TA practice for over 7 years and are absolutely satisfied! Highly competent, friendly, well structured and diagnoses are explained in detail and in such a way that it is understandable even for non-medical professionals! Patients from ALL corners of Germany are treated here! That alone should speak for itself! However, the bills are a bit more "upscale" here, you should know that too! Nevertheless: For us there is NO alternative !!

The professional support is good. You often get an appointment quickly. Sometimes the reception / waiting room is very chaotic, you have to overlook that.

Dr. Schrammen is very competent and empathetic. He explains the situation in detail. Particularly suitable for heart patients. I am happy to accept a longer journey.

If I could give zero stars I would give them My sister and her tomcat often went to this vet because of various problems, we were always well looked after by Mr Piatowski and he was at least sensitive. Unfortunately, it is no longer there .. The last few weeks have been pure moneymaking for this veterinary practice. Allegedly, the practice is supposed to specialize in ophthalmology, among other things, you don't notice anything our hangover is now blind in both eyes after a conjunctivitis in one eye .. an inflammation in the mouth and that the cat could hardly eat anything was not taken seriously .. My sister paid over a thousand euros to the practice for all treatments, today he had to be put to sleep by another veterinarian who makes house calls .. it's sad that animal welfare is probably not of great importance in this practice ..
