Nice infrastructure and also nice ppl.
A wonderful book shop with great atmosphere (couches to read on, nice lighting, etc), a wide selection of English and German books, and very friendly staff. If they don't have a book they'll order it and get it within a day or two. Home of a fantastic English book club which meets the last Thursday of every month, also.
Good place cigars and whiskey
Good advice. Nice customer contact.
Best bookstore in Freiburg, well sorted and also a nice selection of children's books. Meanwhile just look over there.
