It's nice that the Grüner Baum restaurant in Merzhausen has reopened.
Now, before the official opening, we could enjoy the restaurant.
Braised ox cheek with spaetzle and savoy cabbage was a good thing. The meat and vegetables in little hot pots like from the doll's kitchen. The fresh golden yellow spaetzle was served on a warm plate too.
A pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
Finally, a mascarpone cream with Rababer strawberry mousse.
