Came in to print 20 pages. I've tried to print them straight from dropbox but they were printed completely blank. When downloaded and opened file in MS Word it has been printed fine. At the end I was charged for 40 copies instead of 20. I mentioned to the lady that first 20 pages are completely blank and the paper can be re-used. After a short while of exchanging arguments (realistically she didn't have any), she rang someone, apparently her boss and finally "dropped" the price from €6.60 to €5.00. Still badly overpriced if one print copy of A4 paper is 10 cents! There is another internet cafe on Salzstraße 22, called Orbit, only 10 minutes walk from here, which I recommend.

Very rude, unmanly local and the owner is very racist definitely not to be recommended!
