Had horrible experience. I had to ask a question because I did not know what option to press on the machine (where you are printed a ticket and wait for your ticket to display on the screen) based on my situation. So I went to the Information desk and saw three women who weren't helping anyone only talking to one another and not doing any work . I went over and one of the ladies looked at me very angrily for no reason at all and would not let me speak to ask my question, she kept communicating with her hands to "get lost"and even went so far as to move the chairs that her colleagues were sitting on (while her colleagues were still sitting on them) farther away from me and positioned the chairs so that their backs would be toward me and then they went back to talking, completely ignoring me. I got upset and was shocked from the rude and disrespectful behavior because she would not even let me speak/hear out my concern, had very bad customer service skills, talked to her colleagues when should have been working (she isn't getting paid to talk during working hours and if someone needs assistance). Furthermore, they don't speak English even though English is an international language and if you work in a public sector I believe English is a must. Too bad Google does not have an option less than one star.

I got an appointment at short notice. Very short waiting time on the day of the appointment. Accessibility by phone could be better in corona times, as no online appointments can be made at the moment. Registration was quick, friendly and well structured.
