As a non-German, I am very pleased with Kaufmann garage. Were a client for 3 years, always very communicative, good value, punctual, and fair about repair prices. Always a pleasure to go there, have the car serviced, and pick it up. Now we move out of Freiburg so we have to find a garage of similar high-quality and service.

Very fast, friendly and competent service at a fair price. Even 2 additional small settings are not calculated. Had surprising problems with the brakes and no workshop on site after moving. Despite Christmas and other customers, you also made my car. Now I have a new workshop!

Agreements on the phone and at the drop-off point were not kept, expensive, the car was kept there for a day longer although it was needed ("your problem, get a rental car and take it off tomorrow to pick up the car" - thank you) , no apologizing, no negotiation, all the blame was put on the customer, but it was with the workshop. During the conversation he simply ran away and left the customer where he was. Are you crazy?

Super friendly service with excellent quality work. You are well informed and the entire process with the insurance is taken over by the workshop. Gladly again.

Always very good advice. Maybe not the cheapest in Freiburg, but always give an honest assessment of whether a repair is worthwhile. We recommend!
