The Europapark has 3 charging stations with a total of 6 charging points. On the reserved parking lot there is a charging station and 2 charging points, one of which was already occupied. The other charging point was still free, but defective. I had chosen expensive parking to be able to charge my car for free. I had to drive to the other charging stations at another parking lot, which would actually have been chargeable, but these stations could not be activated either. After some phone calls with Badenova and before that with Elektro Ullmann, I should leave my vehicle connected to the pillars of the camp and go into the park. Less than an hour later I received an SMS informing me that the column had now been activated free of charge and that a technician from Elektro Ullmann was taking care of everything on site. Thanks for that, that was great customer service!

Electric charging station E-car in Freiburg: Advice in advance? Barely available. Invoice significantly more expensive than the estimate with completely manageable conditions. Construction site does not leave as found to then subsequently necessary corrections to the customer in bill, you can try it. Oh yes, the German craftsmen ....
