very bad experience with a very chaotic company! I just wanted to have a lamp hung up. You sent a trainee who was obviously not yet sufficiently qualified because it took a long time and found a very improvised solution. Basically, I have no problem when a trainee hangs the lamp, but if he is not yet able to do it well enough, he should not be sent there alone. Then they sent me an invoice for € 122.68! I called and explained what happened and then had to wait a few months before someone else could come to hang the lamp properly. In the meantime, I was repeatedly put under pressure to pay the bill and I kept declaring that I am not willing to pay the normal price, that it was not done correctly the first time and that I therefore had to take extra effort. After the second person was there and the lamp was properly hung up, I haven't heard from the company for months (or haven't received a corrected invoice). Months later, when they finally sent the adjusted invoice, they put a lot of pressure that the invoice is paid immediately by calling me daily (!). When I originally made the first appointment, I called from my landline and they saved this number without asking. I had asked them to delete this number and save my cell phone number two or three times during the whole month. Every time I was told that they do and every time they called me on my landline afterwards and woke me up after my late shift at 08:00 in the morning. I just wanted to have a lamp hung up and had stress and trouble with this company for months - and still ended up paying € 80!
