The lady on the phone was extremely rude and annoyed. Sometimes there are no fixed appointments, but periods of 2-3 hours in which you have to be at home - this is difficult as a professional. The craftsmen themselves work very committed and really put a lot of effort into finding a solution.

Super electrician, for every electrical problem a solution is found and you can always rely on it. Keep it up!

Absolutely unfriendly and rude. I was sent a letter in which an appointment (via the property management) was sent to the smoke detector installation. I then replied by email that I can not do it at the specified time and suggested they arrive half an hour later. After 5 days I still did not receive any feedback on my e-mail, I answered by phone. The woman on the other end of the line was incredibly rude, I have not experienced anything like that. I can not imagine that a company with such a bold and blatant phone lady even rudimentary works. I would NOT recommend the company under any circumstances!
