Disappointed! Based on the positive reviews, I called Elektro Schillinger on August 31, 2020 and expressed my concern (laying new cables, expanding sockets, etc. in a row house, the employee's estimate was that the investment was in a 4-digit medium range). The operator at the head office informed me that the customer service representative is on vacation and will not contact me until next week. On the following Tuesday, the customer service representative called me and made an appointment for Thursday 10.09. The employee came, friendly and nice, made a note of everything and well .... 6 weeks have now passed and I still have no offer. Unfortunately, when I asked two questions, nothing happened. During the inspection, the employee announced that there would still be capacities free in October to start work. It's annoying because I had to rely on receiving the offer promptly so that the work could be completed this month. Now I have to call an electrical company again, make an appointment for a viewing, wait for an offer and hope that they still have capacity this year ...

The contact was "a bit hakelig", the requested callback was not very timely. But from then it was great! Friendly staff, good advice on the phone, punctual appointment, Clean and great appearance of the fitter, great job.

The work of the craftsmen is punctual and in order to good, but the appointment with the office every time a nuisance: callback requests are not answered promptly, the customer is handled in unfriendly tone. Customer orientation and good service is not!
