Super Service! I had a bouquet of flowers tied up for my birthday at a last minute from my sister's distance. Ms. Cramer not only had complete understanding of my request, she also did it directly without any advance payment! Even better: she knew immediately who was in the neighborhood. The fact that the bouquet was very, very beautiful at the end made the experience completely positive. Always my pleasure!
