Came here yesterday with a bunch of friends for their Friday evening tasting rounds. For throwing down five bucks we did get to try two gins and two absinth (you can also choose either gin or absinth only) and in the end we did get to choose one to get a longdrink made out of it. Alongside this all came a few interesting facts about the spirits in general and specifically from our host and even a little extra taster of that intriguing Japanese gin from the window display.
Georgeous shop in an old pharmacy (with still the original furniture). Very large choice of absinthe and other spirits. Welcoming people working there. Definitely a must-visit if you're in Freiburg!
