In the middle of the old town of Freiburg there is a little jewel - a cheese shop, which offers a large selection, and above all quality, quality, quality. The prices range from cheap to high priced, depending on the type of cheese.

If you come with a taste perception but without any further idea, the recommendations will be just as important as when you ask for inspiration for a cheese platter. In addition, there is a profound expertise, which still contributes any information that the customer desires.
The wide range of cheeses includes sausage and bacon products from the renowned butcher's shop Dirr, the excellent salmon from Dreisamtäler Lachsmanufaktur and a small selection of bread that goes well with cheese, as well as other ingredients to make a cheese platter.
