Super good, good goods and specialist staff
Dear Culinara team,
With the help of your fantastic products, the primo olive oil, the cubeb pepper, the knives (Laguiole, Shun) we conjured up an excellent meal today with tuna and a vinaigrette made from avocado, lime juice, chili, honey, pepper, olive oil. On November 22, had a good consultation. Unfortunately, the knife we chose was not available. After the proposal that it will be sent to us uncomplicated, we have agreed to the purchase. Finally we got the knife after much back and forth on December 30th. In the whole affair was always the other fault that it did not work with the shipping just not the shop itself never.
We will certainly not consider this business in the future.
When I was looking for a super chef's knife, I got advice from Culinaria Zoller months ago. Culinaria is a premium retailer from Nesmuk. That sounds like marketing, but I have to confirm that I am not surprised. The advice is professional. Mr. Zoller and Mr. Steinebrunner take the time to explain any details, this is accompanied by a video (on request) of the smithy at Nesmuk (Solingen). In addition, cutting with Nesmuk knives is offered, quickly and without obligation. What more do you want? These are the big advantages of the specialized trade compared to internet shopping, a thank you (I received a signed cookbook) with the purchase. The price is also much better than on the web.
Professionally solid, nice and accommodating; the visit is worthwhile for anyone looking for "the" knife.
