Very nice and was on site very quickly Great explains what you could do and what could happen. In 15 minutes it was all over, canceled. The key was then outside and the door was opened cleanly and quickly. The price for opening it and taking out the key was right and wasn't overpriced. Can fully recommend the locksmith.

That's what I call a serious and competent locksmith. Simply super fast, uncomplicated and friendly. A closed door had to be opened for us. Saturday night and it's annoying enough. You try to reach a locksmith on site, Schopfheim and the surrounding area, either not reached, hung up or not picked up at all. No less than 20 numbers called by locksmiths who are said to be available 24 hours a day. Really impossible. So looked further on the Internet and reached a locksmith from Freiburg. Which took off and also took care of my problem. The journey time is not the next but briefly talked to each other and after an hour he came, door opened and perfect. Simply recommended :-) Thanks again.

My wife left the key in the front door from the inside. Mr. Brother already gave me an absolutely fair fixed price on the phone and was with us 20 minutes later. After a few tries with different tools, he opened the door. He was absolutely friendly, professional, and quick. After what I had heard about locksmiths I hesitated for a long time to call one, had feared someone who wants a lot of money and speaks little German. Nothing! Despite Saturday evening, snow chaos outside and Corona, the price was well below 100 euros !!!!! I do not hope that this happens to us again, but if I do, then I look forward to Mr. Brother;) Both thumbs up!
