I have been working for a long time through a subcontractor at scherer. We are treated great here. People look after us ... Not a matter of course ... Only competent employees / colleagues for work I can only recommend a very nice head of the company to everyone who wants clean and fast work

Had on August 27th a water damage in our apartment. Leak detection by Scherer Südbaden happened promptly and employees on site were committed. What came after that, I'm not used to either as a customer or as a service provider. Promise to get in touch in 2-3 weeks after installing the drying devices was not kept. These were only picked up on request. The promise that they would get in touch within the next 10 days about the repair (the pointed floor and the walls in the bathroom) was not kept again. Today (October 14th) I was informed when I asked that the insurance company had to give her okay, but that it arrived last week! A short message would have helped here too. My cell phone number was known from the start. In short, the initial reaction speed is abruptly slowed down afterwards. You have to report yourself and instead of expressing regret or apology, the cheerful telephone operator just gave explanations that are of no use to us. I am curious whether today's promises will be kept - if necessary, I will be happy to correct the rating. . Again in a nutshell> The first employee on site was committed and worked overtime> then you no longer feel taken seriously and are left hanging on a long leash. Update Based on the assessment, Mr. Scherer contacted us personally. After 8 minutes of monologue, I interrupted his explanations and told him that that doesn't change the fact that I could have been informed. Well, after that everything went quickly and I increased it from 1 to 3 stars. The service staff on site was quick and clean again. As a service advisor in a large car dealership, I learned and lived communication differently.

A supper company. After the fire in our apartment, we first had another. Then came company Scherer Südbaden. They kept their promise. Many thanks to these great employees. We are more than at peace what these men have done and in what a short time. Personally, I can only recommend it. Top company.
