Igor is a great personal trainer. We’ve been training for four months now and I have to say I’ve seen great improvement in my physical health. He listens and understands exactly the problem at hand and tackles it with the outmost professionalism. I love our workouts. There’s never a dull moment and despite them being tough he manages to keep me smiling and pushing to my limit. I would recommend him to all my contacts.
Igor is gifted with “Magic hands”. I know him for more than 2 years and helped me to get rid of my severe shoulder problem.
He has helped me to build an exceptional stamina to play sports through his personal training sessions.

Very competent and personable coach who pushes and motivates at the same time.
Effective training prevents mistakes during the execution of the exercises (and thus possible damage to health) from the start and I was able to build muscles within a short time. With a good selection of exercises you train to the limit without being demotivated by too heavy and inefficient training! We recommend!!

I came with lower back discomfort. Igor recognized the weaknesses of my back within a few minutes and was able to explain them to me in an understandable manner. I get on well with the exercises and notice improvements after a short time. Have the feeling of being represented competently with him and can only recommend him as a physiotherapist!
