I am surprised by the contributions of the previous speakers ... In my case, the operation was much more accommodating than I am used to from other warranty cases! Without any ifs and buts, my component (accessory of a Kenwood kitchen machine) was exchanged and sent within a very short time, even though, according to the guarantee terms, they shouldn't have done it ... That's what I call customer-oriented and perfect service! Five stars. Point.

My mother-in-law initially had a nice e-mail contact for a warranty repair. Unfortunately, this stalled and there was no response to repeated requests. Also on telephone calls, no matter what time of day, was not reacted. We suspect that we have deliberately waited for the end of the warranty period of the device in order to avoid having to supply replacement parts. Impossible business conduct, so you bind certainly no customers. We definitely can not recommend this company. Unfortunately, a star must be awarded to post this review, but it is definitely not worth it.

Customer as repository for packaging waste! To repair a Kenwood Cooking Chef. The repair was carried out and the device sent back to me. When the package arrived, I was not surprised. In this monster loosely 10 of the devices would have found space. As I open the box, my amazement wipes away slowly. I rummaged through a mixed hodgepodge of random styrofoam pieces, foam pieces, foam mats and really many meters of foil to finally liberate my device from it. Now I went to the "disposal" of the Müllberg. When I finished, the whole garbage filled 4 large yellow sacks with plastic garbage - of course without the crate. With meaningful packaging that has nothing to do anymore.
