We had ordered a bridal bouquet and flower arrangements as table decorations for our wedding, in the beginning everything was great and the employee was very nice, the price she gave us was absolutely okay. Then, however, one day before we wanted to pick up the flowers for the wedding, a call came that the flowers we wanted would no longer be available and that we could switch to more expensive flowers. Since we could not expect a replacement at such short notice and we would not have received our deposit back, we agreed, but found it strange, because two weeks before it seemed to have been no problem to get the flowers.
The big surprise came when the flowers were picked up. Unfortunately, we had to find out that the roses that were sold to us at a higher price were almost all wilted. If that had happened overnight we wouldn't have even complained, but we are a little annoyed because, as I said, on the first visit there didn't seem to be a problem to get the roses and two weeks later the time was argued Roses are over and you would have had to take the expensive ones, but these definitely did not justify a higher price in terms of quality.
It was not dealt with in great detail, not even an offer of a price reduction, which in our opinion would have been the least.
Was the first and last time that we bought here, a shame.

Regular customer and rightly so. Every time I need a nice bouquet for special occasions, the friendly staff will help and advise me. Bouquets last a very long time. Top!!!
