The Kunstoffrohr had broken down on an umbrella stand of the brand Delschen. On their homepage I found this spare part too. I got in touch with the company Delschen and asked for the announcement of trading partners in Austria, as according to the homepage, the sale is only through trading partners. Answer Fa. Delschen: "Spare parts get you, where you bought the screen or alternatively: Google and Amazon ..." Aha, to google the idea, I would not have come ...! So once again an email to Fa. Delschen with the request to announce the trading partners, because I did not remember exactly where I had bought the screen. (Probably at a company that is currently closed due to fire damage.) Answer Fa. Delschen: "We do not sell to end users". - I know that, otherwise I would not ask for trading partners. "Contact a hardware store near you!" - Of course, I have already done this and did not get this spare part. "We do not keep dealer lists!" - Amazing, the company does not know where in Austria is delivered? And again comes the hint that I should google ... For a reason, I would like to order this spare part, which must fit exactly in the thread of the diameter, not "somewhere" order and have to send back. I want to clarify before, if the thing fits. In addition, not every Amazon dealer delivers to Austria. Thank you company Delschen, your customer service leaves much to be desired !!! By the way: I have bought a new parasol stand other brand!
