On behalf of the staff, I would like to apologize to all customers who are still waiting for their orders or who have purchased gift cards. This company not only screwed the customers by repeatedly putting them off, but also used their employees to do so! Whenever you inquired about an open order at the headquarters, you were put off and sometimes even snapped at.
Although the management knew for a long time that branches would be closed in the course of bankruptcy, the employees were urged until the end to pull the money out of people's pockets, among other things. with the sale of gift cards and orders. Then the employees were given notice of termination from one day to the next, including time off, without continued pay and without observing notice periods. And that with employees who have been with the company for 10 or more years! Now they too have to chase after their money. We were dumped in the shabbiest!
Is this the understanding of "solidarity and solidarity in difficult times" that the defeated management spoke of in the corona crisis?
If people knew what was really going on at this company, they would go elsewhere! In any case, it has absolutely nothing to do with the marketing fairy tale from "Undercover Boss"!
This management should be ashamed of themselves!

Unfortunately, we can not share the experience of others; this was by far the most unfriendly shop we've ever met - regardless of the industry. Intentionally ignoring for a few minutes people who have previously greeted you in a friendly manner is a remarkable seller.
Therefore, I can not advise anyone to stop by. Then prefer to walk ... ;-). But thankfully, there are other bike shops.
