Would love to give zero stars. Construction finance consultant was very rude, snotty & condescending. In addition, difficult to reach with questions etc. Despite the message from the bank, I did not receive the contract within 10 days. This has not happened even after over 4 weeks, despite the 3rd email I sent to the bank. I now regret going to this bank too & advise everyone not to go to this bank. Unreliable, unfriendly & unprofessional, for a "serious" bank institute an impertinence & an unreasonableness for the end customer.

I have no idea what they are doing in this store, but I am currently offering adequate financial services - rather not. First there is this completely degenerate page, which probably corresponds to graphic standards from the last century, if at all. Once you have understood the user interface, ok joke, you do not understand it, but also looking for the possibility to transfer online with the 100th use. Nope. If you then try it in the classic way and send letters, then they must fall from the medieval stagecoach, as they never reach the destination despite the registration slip. Keyword Middle Ages: this is where the bank must originate. Of course, they only do their job, but somehow other banks can manage to adapt their services to the 21st century. When is the time in BW?

There is a very special mortgage advisor. I have never experienced such unqualified, unpleasant advice in any other bank. This shop is not even worth a star.
