Every year I buy a birthday cake from Trölsch LB for my son. This year he will be 10. I wanted to do the same and called them today (12.12.2018) for a birthday cake for Sunday (16.12.2018). Answer was very clear "NO - you are too late" and there was no flexibility at all. The lady answered the call was in a hurry and obviously did not care at all. It seems that to lose customer for Trölsch is not a big problem, they have enough customers and not enough employee...

The best you can get for breakfast on a weekend in Ludwigsburg;) Unfortunately the service was slow but friendly.
