First a friendly advice from a lady on the phone and later in the shop. Both the own brands and the “branded product” were offered. No rip-off. Top quality. It wasn't the last time I was here. TOP

Very friendly and recommendable
Bought a car battery here. After 6 months the car no longer started. I have complained. The company takes a stand and thinks, wear and tear, there is nothing you can do and that after 6 months and with a 120 Euro branded battery, although 2 years warranty.
Not recommendable!!!
@Comment: I called you several times and wrote several times, you wanted to have a picture of me that shows that the battery is defective. I am directly at BMW and a picture has been taken and sent to you. After that, they never reacted again and simply said, 6 months are over and unlucky!
I can not recommend this company to anyone, batteries constantly broken after 6 months and then no one reports.
I'm very satisfied. Friendly and competent.
