I would give minus stars if possible Battery 10 months old and broken down Nobody answers the phone and no answer to mail

After 21 months, the purchased battery was defective. I wanted a check for warranty. At the same time I wanted to buy a new battery first, until the warranty check is complete. Have 2 times on the phone and also written an email. No feedback until today. "Service" is different in my understanding!

Bought batteries on eBay, this was incorrectly delivered by DPD, so that it did not reach me. DPD had to replace the shipment and informed me that the damage was to be settled through the shipper. Say, CT Service GmbH has received the amount for the lost battery. Ignores all emails from me, apparently wants to keep the money. Obviously, double payment lasts better. I will no longer do business there.
