Ordered a part with FedEx 24/48h service. Paid extra for it ofcourse. But this shop sent it out with another slower carrier. Took more than a week to arrive. I could not wait this long because my car was stranded. Forced me to buy the part elsewhere. So now I have a expensive part I don't need anymore. When I noticed they sent the item with the wrong service I contacted them via mail, but they did not answer. I am considering PayPal claim but don't like the hassle. So my advice is to look elsewhere.

This guys are cheaters!!! Dont buy I buy clutch and they send damage and not refund and not send to warranty BE carefull

Unfortunately, my experience with the company and customer service was almost entirely negative. Received delivery report to me directly, although neither I nor my neighbors accepted a package, the package only arrived three days after I complained. Externally not damaged, but the ordered car battery was probably damaged and after a few days I noticed how the battery acid was leaking and the entire box and the surface on which it was standing had attacked. After I described my request to the customer service by email, some messages went back and forth, unfortunately from ATS24's side quite unprofessional, rude and not at all customer-friendly. A telephone conversation was also rather unsatisfactory and I was told that the problem was my own fault. The manager was able to bring himself to send me a new battery after I had sent the old one back. According to him, immediately after the dead battery arrived. Again nothing came ... One week after the dead battery was delivered to ATS24, I got in touch again and was told that the money had already been credited to my account. Which of course wasn't the case ... A few days later - luckily - a new, healthy battery came up. I am glad that this is now ok and that I no longer have to deal with this customer service. Unfortunately no recommendation from me!
