Today I wanted to have a white rose bouquet extended with 3 red roses. Unfortunately, my wish was neither implemented nor was there any interest in the implementation of my request. There was enough staff. 2 people at the cash register and one person designing the shop. She was supported in the design by a kind of regional manager. Unfortunately, I was not greeted when entering the shop and there was a lot of puffing when I expressed my wish to pay by card. I am a fan of supporting retail because this is where the roots of selling came from. Unfortunately, the concept of selling is not just about cashing in, but also other attributes in order to retain customers in the long term. Employees are just as responsible for the company's image as those responsible themselves. From now on I will rather drive a few km further and help myself at Oranje flowers, which also offer excellent flower quality and have a clear shop concept that encourages you to buy.
