.. Rehabilitation knee hip unfortunately negative. At the introductory meeting in November 2014, I was informed that there is a possibility to extend the course by 15 minutes, costs € 3.00 per session, but is voluntary. The course is specially designed for knees and hips. I participated in the course of general exercise therapy in November but then decided to continue the sessions when the knee and hip launches, which was in January 2015. For the first session, I took the 15 minute extension, but was very disappointed with the overall course, as only general running around and a few stretching exercises took place. We were only 2 students, because you could have gone great on the specific Rehamaßnahme. Had prepared me intensively for the course, read on the Internet and looked at You Tube me the corresponding videos. At the beginning of the second session, I announced that I no longer wish the extension. Then I was told that the course takes place only with extension and if I do not want it, I have to go into the general course. Written I tried to clarify the matter and asked for written notice. There was not that, instead a phone call culminating in that I was accused that you should not only reach the mobility at the expense of the health insurance, but also have to do something, just this extension. If you do not care about your health I was asked. Then I asked to be deleted. Although it is permissible to offer additional courses, these may not refer to the actual regulation, which is practiced here. Should the leader deny this assessment, I would add that a student and the instructor have expressly confirmed that the course can only be attended with an extension. A sham, as I mean.
