We are very satisfied with the provider Waterlogic. The staff are very friendly, appointments for service can be made at short notice on request. The water dispensers (2 table-top units, 1 free-standing unit) work perfectly, are uncomplicated to use and hygienically safe. We will definitely pass on a recommendation.

This company works with unfair methods. The price increase was communicated on the back of an invoice in the small print. The aim was that the customer did not see this price increase and therefore did not object to it. In addition, the notice period is 6 months before the end of the contract, which is an enormously long notice period for such a device. I quit and cannot recommend this company.

Very good water dispenser with the best technology currently on the market. Service and repair appointments were arranged and carried out at short notice. The only provider with really nationwide service coverage. Clear recommendation!

Fool your customers, especially when it comes to maintenance. The devices are usually contaminated with bacteria or have a biofilm or interior and mostly from the factory, because hygiene has a different meaning in China. I'm still busy at the club, but not long🥳

Brand new Wl4 was extremely contaminated, as well as totally excessive bills. Attention crooks club.
