Really great team staff! Really professional and reliable! Friendly staff and so gentle while handling my dog. It was a great experience for us and for our dog. 100% recommend

We have been treating several animals there for years and we are very satisfied both personally and professionally! We have actually been to all the doctors and really like them all (-even if you don't go to the doctor for pleasure, of course ;-)) The animals are treated lovingly and also (somewhat!) Like to come ;-) Only when treating our older cat would I have liked to have looked a little more carefully - unfortunately, the high blood pressure remained undetected and was only stopped medically by a strange doctor. Nevertheless, I stay with 5 stars, because we have been there for a long time and all other treatments were always thorough, uncomplicated and appropriate! In terms of price, I have no comparison, but I think that the prices are also average. I would also like to praise the ladies at reception and the helpers in this context.

I was with Ms. White that day (I guess). Unfortunately, I didn't feel that I was in very good hands. Luckily I was allowed to be in the room, but I wasn't really told what exactly was done or the result of it. For example, the teeth were probably examined more closely (with a kind of spatula?). Still don't know what that was supposed to be. Nobody introduced themselves by name either. Therefore only the assumption that I was with Ms. White. I couldn't see a name tag, or if there was one, it wasn't really legible because the writing was too small (the vet's assistant had a tag).
