What a wonderful practice. The receptionist was welcoming and understanding when I was late. Remember to type in Wilhelmshof Straße as separate words! I had the privelege of having Dr Eisler see my golden retriever. She was patient and had all the time for us. She also gave good advice on how to shed a few kilos without being too hard on us. They had a good range of animal foods, treats and toys. There are also separate waiting rooms for anxious or trouble making pets to wait for their turn. There is even a kids area. I can only recommend this practice and see it as our long term vet.

Great team. Special thanks to Dr Eisler and Ms. Werkmann. They always take their time, are very kind to the animals and we have always been looked after competently, whether on a regular basis or on an emergency service. Big thanks also to Mr. Blessing. He is always looking for quick solutions and is always courteous and polite

Dr. Eißler takes enough time for a consultation. She is very competent and purposeful. I would highly recommend you anytime.
